Random is the point of this site, and random stays free forever. Premium is for the times you want something narrower — a particular country, a particular gender, and the front of the queue when two people are waiting for the same match.

What Premium does not do

Worth reading before you pay, so nothing here surprises you afterwards.

It does not create people. A filter narrows who you can be matched with; it cannot conjure someone who is not online. This is a growing site, and at quiet hours a narrow filter can mean a longer wait. You can widen the search in one tap whenever that happens.
It does not reveal anyone, including you. Anonymity is not a tier. Strangers see a country flag, a gender and shared interests, and nothing else, whether either of you has paid or not.
It does not add video or voice. StrangerChat is text-only by design, for everyone, permanently.
It does not renew itself. There is no subscription to cancel and no card kept on file. When the pass ends, it ends.

Will I be charged again automatically?

No. There is no subscription and no stored payment method. It is a single payment for a single 15 days pass. If you want another one afterwards, you buy another one.

Does the gender or country filter guarantee a match?

No, and this is the honest limit of it. Filters narrow the pool; they cannot add people to it. On a quiet evening a narrow combination — one gender in one specific country — may mean a long wait or no match at all. When that happens the app offers to widen the search in one tap, without sending you back to the lobby. Filters are most useful at peak hours.

Does Premium remove ads?

Right now there is nothing to remove: the site serves no ads to anyone, paid or free. If we ever run them again, an active pass keeps your experience ad-free for its full duration. We are not charging you today for the absence of something you would not have seen anyway.

Can strangers tell I have Premium?

No. Nobody sees your plan, and Premium changes nothing about what a stranger learns about you. They still see only your country flag, your gender and your shared interests — the same as with any other user.

Can I buy a second pass while one is active?

No — you would be paying for days you already own. Once the current pass expires the purchase button becomes available again.

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking. Activation is instant — the filters unlock as soon as the payment confirms, without a reload or a sign-out.

What if a payment fails or gets taken twice?

Contact us and we will sort it out. Failed and duplicate payments are refunded; the details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Premium is a one-time purchase for 15 days — it expires on its own and never auto-renews. While it is active you cannot buy again; you can renew once the period ends.
