Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you’re buying
StrangerChat Pro is a digital service. A Pro pass unlocks matching filters and priority matching for a fixed duration (see Pricing). Activation is instant after successful payment — nothing physical is shipped, so no shipping or delivery charges ever apply.
Cancellation
Pro passes are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. They never auto-renew and there is no recurring billing — your pass simply expires at the end of its duration. There is nothing to cancel and no action needed from you.
When we refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment); or
- your payment was debited but Pro was not activated on your account within 24 hours.
Write to admin@strangerchat.pro within 7 days of the payment, from your account email, with the payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or bank statement entry).
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it).
When we don’t refund
- change of mind after a pass has been activated;
- partially used or unused remaining duration of an active pass;
- accounts suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service.
