On Thursday nights you are matched with another writer, or someone brave enough to try. Tonight’s theme is the spark: take turns adding one line each until you have a poem neither of you would have written alone.

How it works
- Join any time between 8 and 10 PM IST.
- You are matched with another poet and told who writes the first line.
- Take turns, one line each, on tonight’s theme. Rhyme if you like; it is optional.
- Liked a line? Share it as a card, with your partner’s OK.
When you are matched, one of you gets “You write the first line” and the other “You write the second line”, shown at the top of the chat.
House rules
- One line per turn, any style.
- No critique unless it is asked for. Every line counts.
- The usual StrangerChat rules apply: 18+ only, be kind, and report anyone who is not.

Yes. One honest line is all it takes, and your partner is only one line ahead of you.
Can we keep the poem?
Chats are not stored, so copy it before you leave, or turn a favourite line into a share card with your partner’s OK.
